All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
During festive seasons, sales, or high-demand periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time within India:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatching order.
- Other Locations: 5–7 business days after dispatching orders.
Estimated delivery time outside India:
· 5-10 Days after dispatch depending on your location.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier services and location accessibility.
Shipping Charges
Within India:
- Free shipping may be available on prepaid orders above 2500.
· Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Outside India:
· Shipping Charges: Above INR 28000 it is Free. INR 2500 for orders below INR 28000.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment easily.

Delays & Courier Issues
While we work with trusted delivery partners, unexpected delays due to weather conditions, strikes,logistical issues, political disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur. In such cases, Nrityam Jewels will not be held responsible for such delays. Be rest assured that our customer service team will do everything so as to ensure on time delivery of your parcel. Taxes & Duties
Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges please contact your local customs office. For all domestic orders (within India) taxes and duties have already been included in the product price.
